Skytop Builders Private Limited (STB) Established in 1986  is a Premier Real Estate Development Company in Southern India  in the `Sastry Group`.  Sastry Group Established in 1961, a Pioneer in land development & formation of residential layouts and  have successfully completed 85 layouts in Karnataka. Till date   97 million Sq.ft  and  16 million Sq.ft of land have been developed   in Bangalore  and  Mysore, respectively in Karnataka, India.
