Commercial Terms
Leasing : We receive 2 weeks rental for finding a new tenant for you – there is no fee to the tenant, ensuring you get the best tenant at the best rate.

Management : The fee is 8% of funds collected (on a monthly basis) with this generally passed on to the tenant as part of the outgoings of the property (along with owners corp fees etc)
