B. Agreement to be executed within 15 days of Booking
C. Payment schedule as given below |

- At agreement - 20% of the total sale value less the booking amount
- At the time of Basement slab - 20% ,,
- At the time of individual slab - 20% ,,
- At the time of brick work - 20% ,,
- At the time of plumbing, electrical work - 15% ,,
- At the time of registration - 5% ,,
