| How to Bid – Conditions of Bidding |
- Select the apartment or villa you wish to purchase.
- Decide the price that you wish to bid (we recommend you discuss this with a sales executive).
- Your bid price does NOT include charges listed as “other charges” on the availability list.
- Complete the bid form below with full details as requested.
- Your bid must be made with a post dated (April 25th 2009) cheque in the amount of Rs.1,00,000 (1Lakh) made out to IDEB TIVOLI SALES ESCROW ACCOUNT. Should your bid be successful the amount will be applied towards your deposit, if your bid is unsuccessful your cheque will be returned uncashed. You may also make your deposit by way of Direct Deposit.
- Lodge your bid either on site at the sales office or at the L J Hooker corporate offices in the city (Suite 201, Raheja Plaza, Commissariat Rd Bangalore 560 025 (Red building opposite Lifestyle Mall).
- Your bid must be lodged before 5pm on Saturday 25th April 2009.
- Once made, a bid may not be retracted.
- If a bid is accepted it becomes binding and the bidder must complete the booking agreement within 7 days (1st May)
- Failure of an accepted bid to complete the booking agreement within 7 days shall result in the deposit being forfeited and the property being offered to the under bidder.
- You will be notified via phone call and/or SMS TXT by 5pm on Monday 27th April 2009
- Bid the reserve price or any higher bid you care to nominate in Rs. 25/sft increments from the reserve

I/We hereby apply and request a bid on an Apartment / Villa in your Project named as ‘Tivoli’ located in Seegehalli Village, Hoskote-Whitefield Main Road, Near Shell Petrol Station, Whitefield, Bangalore, being developed and promoted by IDEB Parkway Projects.
